At Boody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable essentials. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original packaging and unworn for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original bamboo-fiber packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
